The lounge door is 120cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 106cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 200cm wide, the path to the pool is 200cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 18 steps leading to the first floor.
