The lounge door is 195cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 85cm wide, the living area is open plan, also on the ground floor level there is a guest WC. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide, the path to the pool is 440cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat, even and tiled, the garden grounds are gravelled and uneven. The pool has steps. There are 18 steps leading to the lower ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms and bathrooms on this level, there are another 19 steps to the first floor level, leading to more bedrooms and bathrooms.
