To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide, and 1 step. The front door is 84cm wide, whilst the door to the terrace is 80cm wide. The path to the pool area is 150cm wide, and accessed via one 20cm step. The pool area is tiled and flat with the addition of a lawn area. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, the ground floor bedroom door is 72cm wide, whilst the shower room has a door that's 63cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the double bedroom door is 66cm wide, and the bathroom door is 63cm wide.
