The lounge door is 112cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 75cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 126cm wide, there are 13 steps leading up to the pool area from the terrace, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The terrace grounds are very spacious, however the pool is on a different level than the terrace area, the outside grounds are flat and tiled. The pool has steps. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor level. There are 15 steps leading to the first floor level.
