The front room door is 80cm wide whereas the other access door is 130cm. The path to the pool is 180cm wide. There are large patio doors to get access to the pool, step over the patio door frame onto the open plan terrace which is one step over. Outside there are coping stones which are slightly raised from the terrace, it is approximately 6cm, however the rest of the terrace is flat and adjoins to the grass area. There are two bedrooms located on the ground floor both door frames are 79cm wide. The downstairs bathroom contains a bath with a shower over, the door is 70cm wide. There are 18 steps from the ground floor to the first floor. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and the door has a width of 70cm. The first floor bathroom door has a width of 65cm.
