Access from the garden to the front door is via 17 steps, but these are not necessary. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 85cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and with non-slip tiles. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. From the lounge to the bedroom area there is a very gentle incline in the flooring.
