The front door has a width of 127cm and any other doors to access the pool area have a width of 125cm. Paths from the villa to the pool are 120cm wide. There is a slope with 1 step from villa to driveway and 1 step onto the path, then down to the pool and garden is a little uneven and the grass is sloped down towards the pool area. The pool has steps for entrance. The kitchen and 1 bedroom are on the ground floor, the living area is up 3 steps and further bedrooms are downstairs. The steps into the living room are 18cm. The widest bedroom door is 55cm which is on the ground floor along with the widest bath/shower room being 67cm wide also on the ground floor.
