Built in traditional Spanish style, Villa Pepita has a brilliant white exterior and contrasting sage green, wooden shutters. A lengthy swimming pool, perfect for those morning laps, rests at the foot of the villa, bordered by sun loungers and a grand, tropical palm tree. Both the widest bedroom door and the bath/shower room door on the ground floor are 70cm wide.
