To access the villa there is a path which is 85cm wide alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 88cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 88cm wide. The path to the terrace is 85cm wide, whilst the terrace is uneven in places. As can be seen in the images, the terrace is made up of various surfaces. This is a ground-floor property however there are 3 interior steps. All bedrooms have a door width of 76cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 76cm.
