To access the villa there are 4 steps which are large and gravelled with sleepers as borders. The steps lead to a path which is 110cm wide, leading to the front door which is 89cm wide. The lounge/dining room door is 132cm, there are 3 steps down to the lounge from the hallway. The kitchen door is 73cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 180cm wide, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The pool/terrace grounds are flat and even, the rest of the garden grounds are grassed and uneven. The pool has steps. The ground floor bedroom (first twin on your right) and bathroom doors are 80cm wide, the bathrooms are shower type. There are 16 steps leading to the first floor level. It is not visible from your villa, but you may see it upon arrival/departure. Our local team has been closely monitoring the works, and we’d like to reassure you that, based on recent site visits and assessments, we do not expect any significant disturbance to your holiday. While some minor, low-level background noise may be occasionally audible during daytime hours, this has been assessed as minimal and is not expected to impact the enjoyment of your stay. The villa remains fully private and all its facilities are unaffected.
