The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 75cm wide. The path to the pool area is 157cm wide. When exiting the villa via the patio doors, there are 4 steps down to the pool area, these are 15cm in height. There is also a raised decking area by the pool. The outside space is crazy paved. The pool itself has ladder access. The ground floor double bedroom door is 73cm wide, whilst the family bathroom door is 71cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor where the twin bedroom door is 74cm wide, and the ensuite door is also 74cm wide.
