The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and tiled. The area is mostly flat, however there is a slight lip up to the pool terrace, the table tennis sits on a slightly raised decking area and the covered seating area is also slightly raised. The pool itself has step access. The ground floor bedroom and shower room doors are 80cm wide. There are 15 steps to the first floor.
