To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide, leading to 12 steep steps to the front door, the front door is 78cm wide. The lounge/dining room door is 85cm wide and the kitchen door is 65cm wide. The pool/terrace area can only be accessed by the front door and 12 steps, there are then 4 steps down from the driveway to the pool area and two steps up from the pool area to the terrace. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has steps.
