The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 66cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door that is 62cm wide, when exiting from the lounge door there are 13 steps down to the pool area, which can also be accessed by the lower floor level, however, there are interior steps leading down to this level. The outside grounds are flat and tiled. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. The ground floor bedroom door is 68cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 62cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
