The entrance requires ascending four steps to the front terrace, followed by one additional step to enter the villa. The front door is 80cm wide, as is the kitchen door. Doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms are 70cm wide. Both bathrooms feature a bathtub with an overhead shower. Inside, the villa is arranged on a single level. At the rear, patio doors leading to the outdoor terrace are 100cm wide. The rear outdoor area includes a flat, open tiled terrace, with one step down to the lawn and pool area.
