The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 76cm wide, leading to 5 steps to the front door and the front door is 80cm wide. The lounge door is 100cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 120cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door that is 80cm wide, the path to the pool is 120cm wide and there are 3 steps down to the pool area. The outside grounds are on two levels they are both flat and even. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.
