The door from the villa to the pool terrace is 100cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 100cm wide, with no steps, the outside terrace area is paved and flat with 1 step down to the lawn area, and 4 steps into the pool, as well as a ladder. The kitchen/dining area and the lounge area are open plan. All rooms are on the ground floor.
