The front door has a width of 82cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors from the lounge which are 120cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 110cm wide and the garden is lawned and level with tiled/stepping stone pathways to pool and BBQ. There is a step down from the terrace (25cm) to the pool pathway and a step up onto the pool surrounds. There are 3 steps from the pool terrace onto the hot tub platform and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide which is the double bedroom and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 72cm wide which is the ensuite.
