The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst other external doors are 180cm. There’s a path leading to the pool terrace which is 120cm. The pool requires step access and the villa grounds are mostly flat, however on different levels. The ground floor bedroom and ensuite doors have a width of 73cm. The door into the kitchen and lounge is 74cm wide. There are 12 steps to the first floor where the widest bedroom door is 78cm, and the widest ensuite door is 58cm.
