To access the villa there is a path that is 150cm, the path leads to 44 steps to the front door, and the front door is 90cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining rooms have wide open passageways. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door that is 90cm wide. The paving around the pool is not flat and there are multiple steep steps towards the pool area. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.
