The terrace around the pool is flat, with a mix of paving and decking, there are also 4 decking steps down to a large artificial grass area. There are steps into the pool. The lounge/kitchen area is open plan, and the door into this area is 93cm wide. There is 1 bedroom located on the ground floor, with the other 3 located on the first floor. The ground floor bedroom door is 68cm wide, and the door to the shower room is 64cm wide.
