Please bear this in mind. The front door has a width of 74cm whilst the door to the terrace is 76cm wide. There is 1 step up to the front door. The path to the pool area is 400cm wide, where the terrace is flat and tiled. There is 1 small step over the patio doors. The pool itself requires step access. The bedrooms on the ground floor have a door width of 67cm, whilst the master bathroom door is 67cm wide. There are 17 steps to the lower ground floor (external access only), where the door into the largest bedroom is 70cm wide, and the shower room door is 74cm wide. The door into the lounge/kitchen is 74cm wide.
