This authentic, Andalusian style house has 3 bedrooms, a private pool and a large terrace area with barbecue and sun-loungers for sunbathing next to the pool. The house is built over 3 floors and is very spacious. On the ground floor leading off from the entrance hall there is a fully fitted kitchen, cloakroom and a lounge/dining room, where patio doors lead out to a covered terrace along with the pool area, the perfect place for enjoying your lunch/dinner al fresco. Upstairs is a large double master bedroom, from which there is a large south facing balcony overlooking the pool area, with en-suite shower room, 1 large twin bedroom and a full bathroom. On the second floor is a further twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The house also includes a parking place for one car in the driveway. The front door has a width of 70cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 70cm wide. The terrace is open and tiled, however uneven in places. There is a step over the patio doors. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 16 steps to the first floor. All bedroom doors are 65cm wide, and the bathroom doors are 60cm wide.
