To access the villa there is a path which is 150cm wide alongside 1 step, there is also a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 80cm whilst the door to the terrace is 110cm wide. There are 5 steps down from the terrace to the pool area. As can be seen in the images, the terrace is a mixture of tiles and artificial grass. There is a small lip around the pool edge, whilst the pool itself has step access. This is a ground floor property, where all bedroom doors are 70cm wide, and the shower room door is 60cm wide.
