The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 120cm wide. The terrace is tiled, whilst there is 1 step up to the pool. Beyond the pool, there is artificial grass. The pool itself has ladder access. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor. There are 17 steps to the first floor where the master bedroom door has a width of 82cm, and the ensuite has a door width of 63cm.
