The front door has a width of 87cm, whilst the door to the upper terrace is 88cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and flat, whilst there is a slight lip down from the shaded area to the poolside. The pool/terrace is on the lower ground floor. Access to the terrace and lower ground floor is either via an internal staircase, or via the steep sloped driveway and via the back patio door which is 74cm wide. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms or bathrooms. The lower ground floor double bedroom doors have a width of 72cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 60cm wide.
