To access the villa there is an open path which is 105cm with 13 steps. The front door has a width of 82cm whilst other access doors have a width of 210cm. The outside is relatively flat; the pool itself has ladder access. The only way to access the pool is via 15 external steps. This is a ground floor only villa. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door is 78cm wide whilst the widest bathroom door is 68cm.
