The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 98cm wide. The villa grounds are mostly flat, with tiled areas surrounding the pool and artificial grass gardens. These are bordered by mature bushes, with a small gravel section to one side of the villa. This is a ground floor property with interior steps. From the front door, three steps lead down into the lounge area. Turning right from the lounge provides access to the bedrooms. The double bedroom door is 80cm wide, whilst the family shower room door is 66cm wide.
