To access the villa there is a path which is over 2m wide along with 2 steps to the villa itself but there is also ramp access if needed. The front door has a width of 81cm wide and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 90cm wide, there are 2 steps down to the pool area from the patio but they can be avoided via the front door and around the villa. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 81cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 81cm wide. To enter the downstairs shower there is a small lip to step over. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 81cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 81cm wide.
