To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 12 steps. The front door has a width of 70cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 140cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and flat, with wooden decking and stones around the edge of the terrace. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground-floor property, whilst access via an external staircase is required. All bedrooms have a door width of 70m, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
