The front door has a width of 94cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 135cm wide. On exiting the villa, the terrace is tiled and flat. The terrace is a mixture of tiles, concrete and artificial grass. The pool itself has step access. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 21 steps to the first floor where the double bedroom has a door width of 78cm and the ensuite door is 66cm wide.
