To access the villa there is a path which is 180cm wide alongside 5 steps. The front door has a width of 150cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 150cm wide. The terrace is split over 3 levels, as can be seen in the images. The pool itself has step access. Inside the ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms have a door width of 70cm. There are 18 steps to the first floor and lower ground floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 110cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 110cm wide. These are on the ground floor and are open-plan. The villa has an internal lift to all floors. The lift door width is 80cm when open. Inside the lift is 100cm x 120cm. Need to know As can be seen in the images there is drop from the whirlpool edge, as such this villa may not be suitable for families with children. For your own safety, please do not use inflatables inside the infinity pool or sit, walk or stand on the infinity pool edge. The main pool contains a shallow section which is not a child's pool. There is a change in depth between the shallow section and main section so please ensure children remain supervised at all times. Off road parking is available at this property, but the driveway is very steep so you may prefer to park on the road. Please note there are 2 further pools within this property. Pool 2 is 7m x 3.5m and 1.2m deep at both ends. Pool 2 has steps access. Pool 3 is 3.6m x 2.8m and is 35cm deep. The dividing wall is 38cm wide with no barrier, so not suitable for children to play unsupervised. Please note, whilst the maximum occupancy for this villa is 18, the maximum adult occupancy for this property must not exceed 14.
