To access the villa there is a path which is 140cm wide alongside 15 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 90cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, with crazy paving which can be uneven in places. There is 1 step down onto the terrace. The pool itself has ladder access Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 15 steps to the first floor. Both bedroom doors and the shower room door are 77cm wide.
