The front door has a width of 82cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 150cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 150cm wide, and accessed via 1 single step. The remainder of the terrace is tiled and flat. The pool itself has ladder access. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor. There are 18 steps to the first floor where the master bedroom door has a width of 72cm, and the family bathroom has a door width of 70cm.
