The lanes leading to the villa are narrow in places. To access the villa there is a path which is 600cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 93cm wide. The width of the path to the pool area is 72cm wide and accessed via 12 steps down. Around the pool is flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access. The double bedroom on the ground floor has a width of 74cm, whilst the ensuite door is 56cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the double bedroom door is 75cm wide, and the ensuite door is 67cm wide.
