The front door has a width of 78cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 157cm wide. The path to the poolside is 958cm wide. The terrace is initially tiled, which then leads onto a crazy paving area which can be uneven in places. There are 10 steps down to the pool area. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 3 steps from the kitchen area into the lounge. Each step is 30cm wide and 17cm deep. There are 9 steps to the first floor, where the double bedroom door is 69cm wide, and the ensuite door is 59cm wide.
