The front door has a width of 77cm and other doors that access the pool area is the kitchen door which is 76cm wide and the lounge door which is 115cm wide. Paths have a width of 10cm and there is a step down to the pool but this can be avoided by taking the grass route. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the closest is up 17 steps to the first floor.
