To access the villa there is a path which is 104cm wide alongside 26 steps. The front door has a width of 88cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 69cm wide. The terrace is made up of crazy paving, which can be uneven in places. There are 17 steps down to the pool area, and a further 7 steps to the garden area. The pool has ladder access. Inside, the ground floor bedroom has a door width of 81cm, whilst the bathroom door is 65cm wide. There are 13 steps to the first floor.
