To access the villa there is a path which is 180cm wide. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled with patches of lawn. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
