The paths from the villa to the pool are 88cm wide and the ground is flat except around the side of the villa which the footpath has 1 step on the right side and 3 steps on the left side. The patio is flat but there is 1 step from the patio to the lawn. Indoors there are 3 steps which are 15cm in height each. Both the widest bedroom door on the ground floor and the widest bath/shower room on the ground floor have a width of 72cm.
