To access the villa there is a path which is 88cm wide, leading to the front door which is 90cm wide. The lounge door is 123cm wide and the kitchen/dining room door is 80cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 80cm wide, there are 3 steps leading down from the terrace to the pool area, there is also a ramp next to the driveway (which is next to the pool) the ramp can be accessed from the side of the terrace area, the path to the pool is 96cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even.
