The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 81cm wide. The path to the pool area is 87cm wide, where the terrace is relatively flat, but made up of crazy paving which can be bumpy in places. The pool requires ladder access. The double bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 79cm, whilst the bathroom door is 68cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the double bedroom door is 78cm wide, and the ensuite door is 68cm wide.
