The pool area can be reached from the front door, or via the patio doors in two of the bedrooms. For both options there is 1 step. The villa is on slightly undulating ground, and in a slightly hilly area. The outside area features both tiles and lawn, whilst the pool itself has step access. Inside, all bedrooms have a door width of 74cm, whilst the ground floor shower room door is 73cm wide. There are 17 steps to the lower ground floor.
