From the resort centre, to the villa, is uphill and steep in places. The villa sits at the bottom of Montana Roja. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 16 steps from the parking area. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 130cm wide. As can be seen in the images, the terrace is on a split level. There are 12 steps in total from the dining area to the pool area. The ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms have a door width of 70cm. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 70cm wide.
