The front door has a width of 72cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 92cm wide. When exiting the villa via the living room, there is a small lip over the door frame and 1 step down to the terrace. The terrace is open-plan with artificial grass. The pool itself has step access. You can also access the pool area via the side gate which is 90cm wide. This is a ground-floor property. The floor level in the lounge is slightly raised, whilst there's also a step up into the dining area and the bedrooms. All bedrooms have a door width of 70m, whilst the main shower room has a door width of 70cm.
