The door to the terrace is 90cm wide, there are 3 steps down from the villa to the pool terrace, which is flat and decking, but offers limited space around the pool. There is a ladder into the pool. The door to the open plan lounge/kitchen area is 100cm wide. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor.
