The pool/terrace grounds are flat, tiled and even, the mature garden grounds are grassed and paved stoned. The pool has steps and a ladder to access. The ground floor bedroom door is 85cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 72cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom. There are 17 steps leading to the first floor level.
