The outside grounds are flat, the grounds around the pool are grassed, the pool is slightly raised from the ground. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There is also an outside bathroom, this is a shower type. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor level. There are 15 fairly steep steps leading to the first floor level.
