To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 95cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 95cm wide. Outside, there are 2 steps to the pool area. The terrace is tiled and flat with a lawn area. This is a ground floor property. Both bedroom doors are 75cm wide, whilst the bathroom door is 55cm wide.
