The villa is on one level. To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide, leading to 3 steps to the front door, the front door is 100cm wide. Inside, to access 3 of the bedrooms, there are 2 internal steps. However, there is an ensuite bedroom that can be accessed with no internal steps. The lounge and kitchen/dining are both 100cm wide. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door that is 100cm wide, the outside grounds are uneven and hilly, and the path around the pool is 150cm wide. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps.
